I was very satisfied with the interview because I felt Jake handled it in a good manner, leaving me feeling I was in competent and safe hands.
I have not given 5 starts against trust because trust is something built up over time and is unlikely to be easily achieved on first meetings.
However on this point Jake did everything to give me high reasurance.
